Uzma is an entrepreneur and a Silicon Valley technology visionary. She’s the founder of DOTCOM and has extensive experience with purpose-built, large-scale data center solutions, software and mobile application development, and IT consultancy. Uzma has been successfully running her company in the United States for 25 years, along with a manufacturing factory of industrial paper and board in Pakistan. She believes perseverance and hard work combined with innovation and forward-thinking will lead Pakistan towards success and prosperity. Uzma has backed many non-profit initiatives such as CRVE (Center for Research in Vocational Information) and Medical Research and Reforming Public School systems in Bay Area and Pakistan. She wants to bring a positive and sustainable change in Pakistan with a focus on human development and training. And equip the local business and IT community with the resources and skills required to compete on an international and global level to put Pakistan on the map.
